In addition to our own models, the Super-Etch and the Tru-Etch,  Cronite can sell you larger etching machines which are manufactured by another company.

Plus we carry a fully line of tools and supplies.

These larger machines include:

VRP 100

The Dynamil Model VRP 100 Precision Spray Etching Machine can etch up to a 12″ X 12″ plate using ferric chloride or other compatible etchants.

Standard equipment includes all PVC construction with CP Titanium hardware and fittings, titanium 3000 watt heating element, titanium cooling coil, solid state digital indicating temperature control, full safety interlocks including hood interlock, low fluid level and over-temperature protection and multi range cycle timer, baume standpipe, and rinse tank.

VRP 200

The Dynamil Model VRP 200 Precision Spray Etching Machine can etch up to a 16″ X 16″ plate using ferric chloride or other compatible etchants.

Standard equipment includes all PVC construction with CP Titanium hardware and fittings, titanium 3000 watt heating element, titanium cooling coil, solid state digital indicating temperature control, full safety interlocks including hood interlock, low fluid level and over-temperature protection and multi range cycle timer, baume standpipe, and rinse tank.

Deep Etching BRE-24 Machine

The BRE-24 provides the Graphic Arts and Photo-Engraving Industries with an etching system that yields consistent, extremely close tolerance deep etch and raised letters on a variety of panel sizes.  The method of etchant impact onto the workpiece is a significant improvement as compared to the conventional splash type employed by competitive machinery.

A unique full-cone upward impacting spray contacts the workpiece mounted on a rotating disc.  The spray manifold is operated in a fixed or optional oscillating mode.

The smallest workpiece size is 1″ X 1″, the largest is 24″ X 24″ effective work area.
